1. Digital Products (Books & E-Literature)
- Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of e-books (including “Vibrations of the Soul”) and other digital literature are final.
- Once a download link has been provided or the file has been accessed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- If you experience technical difficulties accessing your digital file, please contact us at
Om@mysacredsolutions.in, and we will ensure you receive your product within 24 hours.
2. Spiritual Sponsorships (Sankalp)
- Contributions made for daily “Sankalp” sponsorships are considered voluntary offerings for a dedicated day of chanting.
- Once a sponsorship is processed and scheduled on our Digital Ashram ticker, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
3. Cancellation of Orders
- Since our products are delivered instantly upon payment, there is no “window” for cancellation. Please ensure you have selected the correct item before completing your transaction.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
- In the event of a double-payment due to a technical glitch in the payment gateway, we will process a refund for the duplicate amount after verification. Such refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
